I was absolutely mind-blowed by the location of this place! It was super convenient, with restaurants and shopping right next door, and not too close to the road either. The parking lot was decently sized with wide spaces, making it a breeze to park my car. The layout of the Bi-level was jaw-dropping, as I only had to climb a few steps instead of taking an elevator. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed were top-notch, with no dips or wear. The room had plenty of space for all my belongings and seating, and the furniture was surprisingly not overly stained or nasty. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and washcloths that were also not stained. The warm and friendly welcome by the check-in lady, Sarah, was a pleasant surprise. She not only took care of us but also provided great information about the area and recommended an amazing dining spot. Karen, the manager, is truly lucky to have such a wonderful team. Michelle in housekeeping did an excellent job keeping up with all the guests. my stay was fantastic and highly recommended!

The property is quiet and incredibly friendly, and the staff is welcoming. The hotel offers quiet and stocked rooms with electronic devices and earplugs. The location of the property in Ottawa is great and exceptionally nice, adjacent to restaurants and the interstate in a safe area.

This place has a brand-new room with an extremely comfy bed - I slept like a baby! The bathroom was clean and even had a bathtub 🛁. The staff here is super friendly and attentive, they really helped me out a lot.

The front desk clerk, Judy, went above and beyond to accommodate my stay and even held a room for me. The room itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the excellent service and quality of the hotel.
